Bridging Pelvis and Head (Advanced Training)

with

Unlocking the Potential of our Spine

Many of us experience discomfort or even pain due to our sedentary lifestyles, stress, and ingrained movement patterns. This often results in reduced spinal flexibility, impacting our overall well-being.

However, by understanding the intricate connection between our pelvis and head, we can alleviate these issues and enhance various aspects of our physicality. From improving shoulder and arm mobility to enhancing breathing quality and fortifying the pelvic floor, unlocking the potential of our spine is key.

In this workshop, we delve into the transformative power of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons. Through gentle yet profound exploration, we rediscover effortless strength and delight in fluid, multidimensional movement.

Join us as we embrace the possibility of a flexible, resilient, and gracefully curved spine—all by working with the intelligence of our nervous system and carrying our brain with ease, between each vertebra.
