Christine Mayr’s professional background includes banking, music (classical guitar) and singing teaching.
She has trained intensively in martial arts like Jiu Jitsu and Judo as well as Taekwondo, Taiji Chan for many years, to eventually move on to Kendo and Iaido, which she teaches in her own Dojo since 2011.
She completed her Feldenkrais training in 2008 in Germany under the guidance of Paul Newton. She has also completed the Sounder Sleep System training with Michael Krugman and Patricio Simon, as well as advanced training programs with different international trainers.
In 2009 Christine started working in a psychotherapy day clinic for children and youth at the University Hospital of the Munich Technical University as a body therapist. She also has her own “Händs-On” practice together with Dr. Med. Sylvia Doleschel and NLP Coach Julia Schiedermaier.
Christine lives with her husband and two sons in Feldkirchen-Westerham, south of Munich.
